Can I call and talk to a "Real" Person?
Yes. You can reach a "Live" person Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 pm PST. Since we are in fact a small ministry, if you find your call going to voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please speak slowly and repeat your contact phone number.

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. Phone orders are always welcome.

Can I mail a check for my purchase?
You are more than welcome to mail a check for your purchase. Please make sure you include the shipping charges and/or sales tax if applicable. Please note that if you elect to send payment by check, your order will not ship out until the funds have cleared.

Are the Prayer Pillowcases Washable?
Our pillowcases are printed in the United States and inks are CPSIA compliant & certified. They ARE machine washable. To best preserve the brightness of your prayer pillowcase, turn inside out prior to washing in cold water. Machine dry. Avoid bleach when laundering.

Am I allowed to reproduce any of the pages of the Holy Halo Activity Book?
Since this activity book is copyrighted it falls under all restrictions of the copyright laws. Please call for special permission if you wish to reproduce a specific page.


Can I request a saint/doll not currently on the website?
At this time we are not taking any special orders for saints/dolls that are not included in our current inventory of over 40 different dolls.

Are the dolls mass produced or individually hand made?
Each doll is individually hand made in our shop.

Can I pay using PayPal WITHOUT a PayPal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. What is the Refund Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Soft Saints, Inc. purchase of a product, please call 1-714-505-3127 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Soft Saints, Inc. within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card fees charged Soft Saints, Inc. by your credit card company will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees will be charged if exchange is not due to any negligence on the part of Soft Saints, Inc. Soft Saints, Inc. will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a Return Material Authorization (RMA) that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Soft Saints, Inc. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

Soft Saints, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Soft Saints, Inc's. website. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
